Until after a few years, 6 acres of fence went to poo and needed replaced! I tell everyone I know to get the better wire!!I bought this product based on the reviews. However, if you are trying to put this in your backyard only, instead of enclosing your entire yard, it is nearly useless. You have to run the wire around your entire back yard twice (per their own instructions). And, this caused a great deal of confusion with the people I had to hire to put this product in because of the nonsense in he instruction and utter lack of customer support.I ended up buying an extra spool of wire that I didn't need and now I have to pay to ship this back. Will not buy from this company again and STRONGLY do not recommend.I feel like I wasted several hundred dollars on this purchase.Good quality product!!PerfectTurns out to not be compatible with my Petsafe system according to the Petsafe tech because there is too much difference in gauge and because there are not enough turns per foot. Petsafe recommends ten twists per foot and this product only has about five. Also this is a multistrand wire and the perimeter wire I'm using is single strand. Either is OK, but you can not mix them or it will mess up the radio signal (according to the Petsafe folks).
